Shipping and Policies



Our jewelry will arrive in a lovely velvet jewelry box packed in a small box for shipping. Our jewelry boxes are wrapped with tissue paper and a nice ribbon, ready to give as a gift. If you would like to include a note please indicate so in the checkout process, or contact us soon after your purchase.

All orders will be shipped to the address you provide. Please make sure the address listed is correct. If you want the order to be sent to a different address, please contact me through email within one day. Packages are insured for the price of the item purchased. If you would like to sign for the package, please include that in a note upon purchase.

Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. We ship Monday-Friday through USPS with insurance. Deliveries usually take between 5-10 business days within the U.S.


We accept PayPal and major credit cards. You do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase, and can checkout without creating an account. Our payment processing will take you to PayPal’s secure site to complete the purchase.

If we haven’t received payment for a purchase within 2 days, we will cancel the sale. If you need help completing a transaction please contact us.

Refunds and Exchanges

It is our priority that you are pleased with your purchase. We accept exchanges only for any unworn and undamaged items within 3 days of receiving them (with the exception of special or custom orders). All sales are final.

If you want to exchange, please contact us via email and let us know. Purchases can be exchanged within three days from the date of the delivery for equal or more value of the purchase price. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange is the item appears worn or is damaged.

We collect the necessary information when you place an order or submit a Contact Us form. Your information will not be sold, exchanged or transferred, other than for the purpose of delivering the order.
